The Summer Blast Pool Party is a 3-hour family-friendly interactive event hosted by Coastal Carolina Productions. This is not simply a DJ playing music. It is a fully hosted entertainment experience featuring a DJ/Host Personality, crowd interaction, games, contests, prizes, giveaways, music, and high-energy fun for all ages.
Our events are designed to feel like a live radio remote mixed with a community festival atmosphere.

How Long Is The Event?
Standard events are 3 hours.
Typical Saturday time slots:

Weekday events are flexible.

Holiday weekends often book 2 to 3 months in advance. Most communities reserve dates about 1 month ahead.
Saturday and Sunday dates fill quickly during summer.

What Do You Need From The Property?
We keep things simple.
We only require:
- Pool deck or event space access
- Power within 50 feet
- A dedicated electrical circuit
The outlet must not already have other heavy equipment connected to the same circuit.
Extension cords over 50 feet can damage equipment.
How Long Does Setup Take?
We typically arrive about 1 hour early for sound checks and preparation.
Actual setup usually takes:
- 10 to 15 minutes to set up
- 15 to 20 minutes to break down
Do You Need Access To The Pool?
No. We only need access to the deck area.
The event also works great for:

What Happens If It Rains?
Light rain:
- The show continues if conditions remain safe.
Heavy rain:
- The event pauses until conditions improve.
- Indoor relocation is possible if space is available.
Lightning:
- Pool and deck areas are cleared immediately.
- Activities resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
What Is Your Weather Cancellation Policy?
Weather cancellations require a minimum 4-hour notice.
Without a 4-hour notice, we assume the event is moving forward.
If weather forces cancellation:
- The event is rescheduled to the next available date.
Are You Insured?
Yes.
We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Is A Deposit Required?
Yes.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date unless prior arrangements are approved.
Final payment is due the day of the event.
